These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client") and Ulka Industries Pvt Ltd concerning your access to and use of www.ulkaind.com.
We provide creative services including website design, development, branding, and digital marketing. Specific scope is defined in your Statement of Work (SOW).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
